Virtual visits are ideal for patients with routine, non-life-threatening health concerns. Telehealth access can help prevent the spreading or contracting of communicable diseases and unwanted medical conditions. However, not all medical conditions can be treated safely with Telehealth visits. If your health care provider determines that your condition (animal bites or scratches Lacerations, Burns, Puncture wounds, Eye trauma, or eye pain) requires in-person evaluation and care, they will direct you to the nearest Urgent Care, your physician, or the nearest Emergency Room.
