FAQ
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment with us is easy and convenient. You may fill out our online scheduling form here, and we will get in touch with you to confirm your appointment.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your initial visit to AUZI Behavioral & Wellness LLC will be a one-hour session where you’ll be able to converse with a licensed clinician. The clinician will seek to understand any mental health and/or medical issues you may be experiencing and determine how we can offer you the best possible care.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance. In case your insurance isn’t currently accepted or if you choose not to use it, we’re glad to discuss payment alternatives with you. For more information, please contact us.
The insurances I accept are:
- Optum/UnitedHealth Group
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Cigna
- Aetna
- Humana
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Tricare
- United Health Care
- Carefirst
Can I cancel an appointment?
Typically, we do not provide the option to reschedule for patients who cancel their initial evaluation session late or fail to attend it altogether. If a patient cancels less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment or fails to show up, they will be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee.
